How we operate - essentially we work with you and your staff, in teams and/or individually. We are experienced in working with people at all levels in organisations. By exploring issues and possible solutions, explaining theory and involving people in the process we can help you to better implement the chosen solution, plan the actions and evaluate the results; we adopt a variety of roles - consultants, advisors, mentors, project and interim managers. Our approach, though tailored, does follow a theme of looking at issues from different perspectives. One example might be that after a general audit of financial and non-financial data, trends, leadership, strategy, we may look to the systems in the business, and to their respective business processes. For instance, a key business process in the strategic system is the customer acquisition/retention process.
